If the water is not on when the technician come out; there will be a $50.00 trip fee and the technician will not be back out until confirmation is received that the water is on.

The Backflow Guy Will:
- Mail or e-mail your invoice and a copy of the test results to you.
- Submit the necessary paperwork to your water company.
